Can I edit or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We can’t guarantee that we will be able to cancel or adjust your order after it is placed. We are unable to cancel or adjust orders that include sale items, as well as items discounted using a promotional code.

Can I update my shipping address after my order has been placed?

While we can’t guarantee we will be able to update your shipping address, we encourage you to contact us at customerservice@madison-drake.com and notify us of your request as soon as possible.

Can an order be canceled once it ships?

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel the shipment.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped directly from our storefront location within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.

What if my package is lost?

Madison-Drake is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit with USPS or UPS. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you should contact the shipping carrier and file a claim using the tracking information provided. No refunds or replacement items will be issued until the claim is settled.

Do you offer price matching?

While we strive to offer competitive pricing, we do not offer price adjustments or price matching.

Can items ordered online be gift wrapped?

Absolutely! You can add gift wrap to any online order for an additional charge.

Do you offer a baby registry?

Yes. We delight in opportunity to assist expectant parents. Baby registries can be created in-store or online here.

How do I use my gift card?

Gift cards and store credits can be used both in store and online. Simply enter your gift card code in the prompted “discount or gift certificate code” box on the Order Summary Page during the checkout process.
