Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped from our storefront¬†in Tifton, Georgia within 1-2 business days.¬†
  • Orders are not shipped on Mondays or major US holidays.
  • Unexpected delays with USPS or UPS may increase delivery time.
  • We ship only within the United States including U.S. Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses.
  • Please note that once packages have left¬†our hands¬†and entered the possession of the USPS or UPS,¬†we are¬†no longer responsible for your package. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged,¬†you¬†should contact the shipping carrier¬†and file a claim using the tracking information provided. No refunds or replacement items will be issued until the claim is settled.
  • We are required to apply 8% sales tax to all orders shipped within the state of Georgia.¬†

Returns  

We hope there's not, but... if there is an issue with your order, please initiate a request for return within 10 days of the order date printed on your packing slip. Upon approval, you will be provided with an RMA number, shipping instructions, and a return label (if selected). Items must be received by us within 5 days of the RMA date to receive a refund. Packages received without an RMA number will be refused. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Returned items must be in new condition with original tags attached¬†and¬†free of smoke, pet hair and any odors.¬†Items appearing to have been worn and/or returned without tags will be documented and sent back to you without refund.
  • The following items are¬†considered¬†final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
‚󏬆¬†Sale merchandise.¬†This includes any merchandise purchased for less than regular price, as well as those discounted using a promotional code.
‚󏬆¬†Seasonal / Holiday items. This includes any merchandise in which wear or use is traditionally limited to a particular season (i.e. Easter, Christmas, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and pumpkin-themed items).

‚󏬆 Hair accessories
‚󏬆 Personalized items
‚󏬆 Shoes
‚󏬆 Socks, Tights, and Leggings
‚󏬆 Swimsuits
‚󏬆 Items purchased¬†using a Buy Now Pay Later method (AfterPay, Shop Pay Installments, etc.)
  • Exchanges are treated as new orders. Simply place your order online for the replacement item, and return the original item using the information above.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping fees¬†will be deducted from the amount of your refund for any item(s) originally shipped to you free of charge.
