More than anything, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, however, we will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise, with original tags attached when received within 15 days from the delivery date of purchase, with the following exceptions:
Sale merchandise is not eligible for return. This includes any merchandise purchased for less than regular price, as well as those discounted using a promotional code.
Holiday-themed items must be received within 15 days from the delivery date BUT NO LATER THAN 10 business days prior to the holiday. Holiday-themed items received after this time will be refunded at 75% of the purchase price.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping fees will be deducted from the amount of your refund for any item(s) originally shipped to you free of charge.
To exchange an item:
• Exchanges are treated as new orders. Simply place the order online for the replacement item, and this will be processed and shipped
• Return the original item using the information below. A refund of the initial order will be issued upon receipt of the item.
To return an item:
• Please make certain that all merchandise is in new and unused condition with original tags intact.
• To ensure proper credit, indicate the item(s) being returned and reason for return on the Packing Slip. Enclose a copy of this in your
package, and write your Order Number on the outside of the package.
• Ship your return using the carrier of your choice to the address below. Insurance and tracking are recommended to protect against
loss or damage.
• A refund will be issued using your original method of payment upon receipt of the item.
