This isn't a liquidation or a business in crisis. It's simply a season of life where priorities have shifted toward spending more time with family. Rather than see everything I've built come to an end, I'd love the opportunity to see someone else continue the legacy.

The business is offered starting at $40,000-$45,000, plus the value of inventory on hand at the time of closing.

Because inventory changes daily, the final inventory value will be determined at closing.

Store Location
The boutique currently operates from its storefront in Tifton, Georgia. Details regarding future occupancy or relocation will be discussed with qualified buyers.

Timing
The children's apparel industry works months in advance, and Spring 2027 Market takes place in early August.

For a buyer planning to continue operating the boutique, purchasing before Market provides the opportunity to begin buying next season's inventory immediately. I'll gladly attend Market alongside the new owner to help introduce vendors, navigate appointments and make the transition as smooth as possible.
